BB received 200 hour YTT certification in 2010 and has had additional training and experience teaching power, vinyasa, hatha, gentle, yin, restorative and supported yoga. In 2013 BB completed comprehensive training in Balanced Body Pilates and is certified by Balanced Body Pilates and Pilates Method Alliance. BB has an energetic but lighthearted approach to all of her classes, making them accessible to everyone!
