Her 20+ years of practicing yoga has included Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, and Iyengar forms. Its healing and balancing effects have been experienced during emotionally and mentally stressful events, through the pregnancies and births of her two boys, through the current and ongoing demands of homeschooling, and through the passing of her father.
