As a teacher, I create guided practices so that each individual experiences the principles of the Pilates Method.  My dance training in partnership with my educational background empowers each individual to embody movement as a way to cultivate an authentic and fully expressed self.

My morning routine is:

Wake up between 4-5am.  Engage in spiritual practice.  Express gratitude before my feet hit the ground running.  Make my bed.  Ponytail (it's a verb in my world).  Lipstick (same as ponytail because my Nana insisted & I inherited it by rite of my Southern accent).  Don my all time fave; the ride or die of leggings, my black skinny grooves.  Groove is in the heart.  Groove is my super power.  Drink vitamins & aloe.  Coffee with creamer.  Add more creamer.  2 fingers to wrist tap & jumpstart my system.  Tracy Anderson is my workout jam.  Turkey bacon.  Eggs. More coffee. Stir in creamer.  Feed Tink.  Miss Smallz.  #gingerkittiesrock Pack my bag.  Pack my other bag.  Pack another bag.  Pack last bag.  Kick the Escape into auto pilot & transport to the 6am group class.  Express cheers to my long time clientele for their relentless commitment to their practice.  And once again... joyfully reminded that Pilates after dance is one of my first loves.
