My intention in offering yoga instruction arises from experiences along the meandering path of life via the teachings and teachers of Tantra, philosophy, and Prana Vinyasa Yoga. The offering of my soul to yours vibrates in tune with the sahaja (spontaneous) nature of the elements. As a yoga guide, my ultimate desire is to create sacred space in which each person feels supported; a place to land and blossom through practice.
