Since beginning my dance background at the age of four, I have learned to love movement through music. This has since created an appreciation and fascination with movement in all aspects of human performance from normal daily activities to athletics. In the fast-paced world that we live in, it is truly rewarding for me as a teacher to observe people slowing down and taking time to reconnect their mind to their body in order to cultivate balance, control and clarity throughout their lives.
Teaching dance, reading/coloring or eating
The years of experience and variety of techniques that exist within the teaching staffs repertoires, which gives me the opportunity to be an ever evolving teacher and a continued student of Pilates
Wake up early (6-8am is my favorite time of day) and drink 1-2 glasses of water followed by *COFFEE*. I usually throw on some music while making breakfast and try to get my significant other Zach to laugh and dance around with me. I also always remember to text my mom saying good morning so she knows I’m thinking about her.
