Lydia Howard

Lydia took her very first flow yoga class in 2010 and instantly fell in love. She was hooked on the influence yoga had on her mind and body. It didn’t take long before Lydia noticed the positive effects yoga had on her overall wellbeing. The benefits included quieting her mind’s chatter, relieving tension, and, releasing anxiety from everyday life.
Lydia is a graduate from EVOLVE Movement’s 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved Energetic Prana Flow Yoga Teacher Training program lead by Carson Efird. She is really excited to share her love of yoga and living in the flow. She promises you will leave her class feeling balanced, centered and refreshed.

Spending time with my husband and two dogs. exercising, live music events, reading, cooking, traveling.

My favorite thing about teaching at Evolve is:

Our close knit community and love for one another

My morning routine is:

I'm an early bird and love to get my day started before the sun rises.  I love to sip on a cup of coffee while planning my day or looking over my weeks schedule. And then it's time for movement of some sort....spin class, pilates, or yoga.

I'm inspired by:

The strong women in my family who have worked so hard to give me the life that I have.

Best advice I've received:

My mother always says....Just do the best you can.
