I am an E-RYT 200 level Yoga Teacher, and a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher. I have specific trainings in the Anusara style of yoga, restorative yoga and chair yoga. I think of myself as a facilitator of movement, always striving to build upon my clients strength and ease with functional daily movement. It is such a joy helping people build strength and confidence with even what we might think of as small tasks, such as how to get up and down from the floor with ease.
